Participating Artists Agreement

(No artwork will be considered for display without this signed form)
Sales
- All pieces accepted into the Captivated Exhibition (March 20-28, 2021) will be for sale through LightSource Services and showcased at a rented gallery space. LightSource Services acts as an agent for both exhibition and sale.
- LightSource Services will retain 10% commission on any work sold (including negotiated price) while on display in the rented gallery space.
- Price of work should include commission to LightSource Services.
- Any credit card processing fees (3%) will be deducted from the final sale price.
- Artists will receive payment for any sales no later than 2 weeks after the show.
Insurance & Liability
- Work will not be insured by LightSource Services / Intuition Gallery.
- Artists shall be solely and exclusively responsible to insure their work adequately.
- LightSource Services / Intuition Gallery is not liable for any loss, damage or theft as a result of any actions by persons unrelated to the gallery.
- The gallery will not assume responsibility for improperly framed work.
- Images of accepted work may be used for promotional purposes and featured in an exhibition catalog.
- The gallery may photograph the artists and their art for promotional purposes.
Delivery/Installation Requirements
- Artists are responsible for packing and delivering work to the designated location.
- Delivery instructions will be emailed following the jury process.
- Your artwork should be ready to install and should have hardware attached that will allow for immediate installation by the gallery with no necessary adjustments to the pieces. No Exceptions.
- Any work not sold during the exhibition must be picked up by the pick-up dates.
